Common questions

• A bank won’t connect or stopped syncing. Open the Accounts tab and reconnect the bank; logins occasionally expire and need refreshing.
• Managing your subscription. Subscriptions are handled by Apple — open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
• Deleting your account. You can delete your account and data from within the app, or email us and we’ll take care of it.
